The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method you used when placing the order.
If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we will process the refund via bank transfer or wallet credit.
If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can request an exchange at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
